Fly By

So get this. A helicopter has been flying over my house for about ten minutes now. For five minutes it was shining a high-powered search light, combing over the trees and the canyon between my house and the next. I came out of the house and watched for awhile and they eventually turned off the search light, but they are still circling my house. Should I be worried?
